Outpatient Therapy
Psychotherapy is a partnership between trained therapists and individuals, designed to help people manage life's challenges and improve well-being. During sessions, clients gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, learn coping strategies, and work towards personal growth in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.
Treatment may address areas such as depression, phobias, anxiety, panic, obsession, attention deficit, grief, post traumatic stress, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, and many other problems.
Our psychotherapists employ a wide range of techniques based on individual needs and experience. Examples of approaches that may be used include cognitive behavior therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, trauma focused therapy, EMDR and brainspotting.
Our therapists offer both in-person and virtual (phone or video) sessions, unless specifically noted.

I believe that anyone who makes eye contact with me is automatically worthy of unconditional love. My therapeutic style is all about connection: paw holding, belly scratches, and gentle nose nudges are my specialty. If you happen to forget I exist, don’t worry—I’ll remind you with a wet-nose tap, hot doggy breath on your face, or a paw to the leg that says, “Hello? I’m here. Love me.”. My goal is just to make you feel seen, loved, and to question your rules on personal space.
Personal Interests
I love attention in the form of pets, snuggles, frisbee throwing or simple eye contact. I love being outside, going for walks, chewing on sticks, food (but give me any vegetables and we’re going to have a serious talk), swimming and absolutely annihilating my stuffies—because I love them so much…and because those squeakers had it comin’.
