Outpatient Therapy

Psychotherapy is a partnership between trained therapists and individuals, designed to help people manage life's challenges and improve well-being. During sessions, clients gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, learn coping strategies, and work towards personal growth in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.

Treatment may address areas such as depression, phobias, anxiety, panic, obsession, attention deficit, grief, post traumatic stress, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, and many other problems.

Our psychotherapists employ a wide range of techniques based on individual needs and experience. Examples of approaches that may be used include cognitive behavior therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, trauma focused therapy, EMDR and brainspotting.

Our therapists offer both in-person and virtual (phone or video) sessions, unless specifically noted.
