Psychiatric Evaluation

Angie Gurlik is our Psychiatric Clinic Coordinator. She is available for any questions, issues or follow-up during regular business hours. 

Glenda McConnell, PMHNP, BC is our Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is available for evaluation, consultation, and ongoing medication management for clients younger than age 16 who are actively participating in counseling with a psychotherapist or psychologist in the Outpatient Mental Health Program, the In-home psychotherapy Program (IPP) or the Intensive In-home Autism Program.  

Diane M Pivonka, RN, MS, APNP is our Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health. She is available for evaluation, consultation, and ongoing medication management for adult clients and teenagers at least 16 years of age. Clients must be actively participating in counseling with a psychotherapist or psychologist in the Outpatient Mental Health Program, the In-home psychotherapy Program (IPP) or the Intensive In-home Autism Program.
