Outpatient PsychotherapyPsychotherapy is an intentional interpersonal relationship used by trained psychotherapists to help a client with problems of living. Treatment aims to increase the client's sense of well-being. Treatment may address such areas as: depression, phobias, anxiety, panic, obsession, attention deficit, grief, post traumatic stress, relationships, parenting, substance abuse and many other problems. Our psychotherapists employ a wide range of techniques based on individual needs and experience. Examples of approaches which may be used are behavior therapy, cognitive therapy and biofeedback.
