Jessica "Jess" Karch, Office Manager
Jessica, our " voice of Innovative Counseling! You may hear her voice on the phone, she may help you with your paperwork or your insurance claims. She supports our staff working in the field and she knows how our busy organization operates! Jess is also an experienced autism line therapist. Jessica volunteered at the Central Wisconsin Wildlife Center, has raised money for autism through walks and has volunteered with the Special Olympics.
Keri Schrieber
Keri's first love is working with children with autism. Keri is a student at UW Green Bay studying psychology. She helps in the office whenever she is not in class or working with one of our autism clients. She helps with our record keeping and our therapists appreciate all the special projects such as therapy aids (pecs, games) she creates.
Aaron Tiesling-Rusch
Aaron is a student at Beloit College and helps out in the office during college breaks. His most visible accomplishment for Innovative Counseling is this website. He is also assists with our technical infrastructure.
